Is that an ocean breeze I feel?




I love whimsical mermaids, this one is a Dilly Beans digi stamp.  I colored using Copics and Sepia markers.  Unfortunately all the sparkle (and there is A LOT) didn't show up in any of the pictures : ( so you will have to use your imagination.
