Pixie Dust Studio Challenge #31

I admit, I discovered Pixie Dust Studio just this morning by following a link on my fellow DT pal, Cat, from S2G's.  I just love the whimsical images I discovered at Pixie Dust, they are just adorable.  They are having a little color challenge right now for "Christmas in July" and I couldn't resist this little Santa Gnome.  Every Time I looked at him I'd giggle a bit - so naturally I had to make a card.

    Melissa, this card turned out darling!! Love the paper you used in the circle cut out. Your coloring on Tinsel looks perfectly precious. I also love the sparkles on this beard!!:) Thanks for playing with the Pixies.
