Is it Spring yet?  Well apparently not in Illinois, we are doing temps in the 20's this week again.  So just to get some spring feelings I decided it was time to play with Some Odd Girl Hula Hoop Mae.  Isn't she fun!  I used all scrap papers to create the card, I love my paper scrap box!
