Chi Chi Memories Cupcake!

Here is a little birthday enclosure I created using a Chi Chi Memories DIGI image. Who can resist a cupcake with fluffy icing.  OK, it's not really icing, it's Liquid Applique.  The DIGI is from the stamp set Birthday Girl.
