It's been a L.O.N.G. time...

WHEW, I guess I do remember how to create a scrapbook page.  Recently I ordered 300 pictures and they just arrived.  I have pictures spread over every inch of the dining room table - so many pictures, so little time!

I was overcome by this crazy desire to create a layout so I literally stopped what I was doing and did it.  I have a feeling you will see many more in the future.

Supplies used include:  Freckled Fawn, Some Odd Girl, Teresa Collins, Bella Blvd, Pink Paislee, and a picture of my youngest!

I'm adding this to the Link and Win Anything Goes with Paper Whiskers at Paper Issues.

Some Odd Girl!

It's TUESDAY and that means... a new DIGI RELEASE!!

Some Odd Girl has two new DIGI stamps being released, Tia and Puppy, and Puppy Love.
This Puppy Love DIGI is a guaranteed smile generator because really, who can resist a sweet pooch?   I admit, I'm in love with him, and if you want to add some LOVE to your card as well you will want to get the cut file Chill Sentiments.

Tia and Puppy, can't you feel the bond that can be between a girl and her dog, or is it a dog and his bone?  Either way, this is such a cute DIGI especially when paired up with paper from the Some Odd Girl paper pad collection, Sunshine Sorbet.

Do you know about the Monthly Linky Party on the BLOG (look on the right side)?  You could be Spotlighted on our blog and win!  Join in the fun!

A Housewarming Party!

I had fun making this card for the Housewarming Party at Catherine Pooler's blog.  Marvelous prizes offered and I discovered 'Stamp Nation' as well.  How did I miss hearing about that site??

I did a window once before and remembered I had a larger window left over, and some great cloud paper for the outside (sorry only had a scrap left with no manufacturer name).  I dug around and found the window and then grabbed some Echo Park and Bazzill papers.  I even dusted off a punch from Martha Stewart.  Embellishments and letter stickers from Freckled Fawn, Teresa Collins, and Chic Tags.

In case you can't tell, you are inside the house looking out!

Another peek...

I have another little peek into the new Sunshine Sorbet paper pad that Kristy, owner of Some Odd Girl designed. Also, using the new rhinestones (available next week too), I made my own little sparkly ribbon by stringing them together. I threaded a needle to do that - those holes are tiny, as is the needle's.

I used Skinned Knee Tia (one of my fav DIGI stamps) and the sentiment is from the stamp set Mr. Octopus.
