Tuesday means new DIGIs released at SOME ODD GIRL and this week it is our
COLLABORATION week with
ARC CRAFTS. You "WOOD" not believe how
FAB ARC's products are. I mean hurry and get your shopping cart filled - you are going to fall in love with their real wood adhesive backed papers and tape.
New DIGI -
Hula Mae! Don't you just love her and her coconut bra!
Let's talk a bit about ARC's BARC wood papers. First off I gotta say that I cut it with my Silhouette machine, ran it through the printer to print a DIGI on, (you will see that in a project later in the week) and stamped on it. You would think you were working with card stock. It is
easy peasy to work with. In my Luau card I used it for 2 of the large backgrounds pieces, plus the letters and the tiki torches. Notice those tiny holes in the torches - they cut like a piece of cake! You will find a large variety of different
wood grains, and you can color on it with alcohol ink as well to create a custom look. Go check it out on ARC's site.
Some odd girl will feature marvelous projects all week combining ARC and SOG stamps. Be sure to pop in daily to see what is going on AND leave comments on both blogs and tell us what you think. One lucky person will win $20 to spend at the Some Odd Girl store, and two others will win FAB ARC Crafts prize packs!!!
Wonderful work on all
ReplyDeleteyour cards! Loving that
wood paper.
