Winter Greetings!

Yup, I'm still freezing to death in Illinois which makes the Winter Greetings set from The Greeting Farm the perfect stamps for January.  I created this for their Farm Fresh Friday Challenge - It's Cold Outside!

I'm also adding this to the Anya, Oddies, and Others! January link up.

More ARC Crafts and Some Odd Girl!

Yep, today is the last day of ARC Crafts and Some Odd Girl's collaboration.  The SOG ladies have been lovin' those wood products!  I used DIGI stamp, Measure Up Tobie for this card and I ran the wood sheet through my printer so his ruler could be real wood.  I have a regular inkjet printer and it went through real slick and printed just fine! I also used a wood sheet cut to fit as a part of the card base.

Tobie was colored using Copic Markers:  Skin, E50, E51, BV00, R30, E11, Hair B41, C3, C5, C7, C9, Clothes B29, B26, E33, E35, R24, R27, R56

Some Odd Girl and ARC!

More ARC and Some Odd Girl to share today!  I had a blast creating this scene using ARC products and Horsing around Mae digi stamp, plus the sentiment from the Cookies n Milk clear stamp set.  The fence is made with the cherry wood tape and the tree with rustic birch paper.

The fence and wood for the tree was cut using my Cameo!  It cut without any issues - just like cardstock!!  It's hard to believe it's real wood when it cuts like that but it is.  Horsing around Mae was colored with Copic Markers.  I have to add that I colored the horse to be like my horse!!

Copics used:  Horse - C03, C05, C07, C09, E30, E33, E35, E37, E29, E95.  Mae - Hair Y21, YR24, Skin E000, E00, E21, R30, BV00, YG63, Clothes B95, B97, RV02, RV04, RV13, RV17.

SOME ODD GIRL and ARC CRAFTS!

Tuesday means new DIGIs released at SOME ODD GIRL and this week it is our COLLABORATION week with ARC CRAFTS.  You "WOOD" not believe how FAB ARC's products are.  I mean hurry and get your shopping cart filled - you are going to fall in love with their real wood adhesive backed papers and tape.

New DIGI - Hula Mae!  Don't you just love her and her coconut bra!

Let's talk a bit about ARC's BARC wood papers.  First off I gotta say that I cut it with my Silhouette machine, ran it through the printer to print a DIGI on, (you will see that in a project later in the week) and stamped on it. You would think you were working with card stock.  It is easy peasy to work with.  In my Luau card I used it for 2 of the large backgrounds pieces, plus the letters and the tiki torches.  Notice those tiny holes in the torches - they cut like a piece of cake!  You will find a large variety of different wood grainsand you can color on it with alcohol ink as well to create a custom look.  Go check it out on ARC's site.

Another new release, Some Odd Girl Jelly Fish!

Some Odd Girl Hula Mae again!

Some odd girl will feature marvelous projects all week combining ARC and SOG stamps.  Be sure to pop in daily to see what is going on AND leave comments on both blogs and tell us what you think.  One lucky person will win $20 to spend at the Some Odd Girl store, and two others will win FAB ARC Crafts prize packs!!!
